Refund Policy For Book Products 📚

At Simple English Books, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products to enhance your learning experience. Please review our refund policy below:


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product is downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


2. Exceptions

We may issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once.
  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the product due to technical problems that cannot be resolved.

To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us at hello@simpleenglishbooks.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.


3. Refund Process

  • We will notify you once we have reviewed your refund request.
  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not received it, please contact us at hello@simpleenglishbooks.com.

Refund Policy for Lessons 📃

  • Free cancellation/rescheduling any time before the lesson.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled any time through your own online portal.
  • If you do not attend the lesson, you'll still get a 40% refund. ☺️
  • I'll wait for you 10 minutes past the start time. after that, it counts as a no-show (40% refund applies).
  • If part of the lesson is lost due to technical problems on my side, I will provide a fair partial refund (the amount is decided by me).
  • You'll receive a friendly reminder email 📨 24 hours before each lesson.
