The Biggest Ever Animal
The blue whale is the biggest animal on Earth. It is bigger than any dinosaur! Blue whales can grow 30 meters long and weigh 200 tons.
They are gentle. They do not hurt people. They eat tiny animals called krill.
They sing to find friends and talk to each other. Their deep, beautiful songs travel hundreds of kilometres under the sea.

A long time ago, people hunted blue whales. Only 1,000 were left. But countries worked together to save them. Today, there are about 20,000 blue whales.
The blue whale shows us that there is still hope, even when something almost disappears. If we work together, we can save the natural life on our planet.
