The Dog And His Reflection
A hungry dog walked. He saw a big bone!
"Wow!" said the dog. "A tasty bone!"
He took the bone and smiled. He was very happy.
The dog walked past a river. He looked into the water.
Oh no! Another dog was there! That dog had a bigger bone.
The dog thought, I want that bigger bone. He barked at the dog in the water. "Woof! Woof!"

But his bone fell from his mouth—splash! It sank.
There was no other dog.
There was no other bone.
It was only his own reflection.
Now his bone was gone. The dog sat by the river, cold and sad. He had lost everything because he wanted more.
Moral: Be happy with what you have.
