Plan Tomorrow Tonight—Be Ready Every Morning!
Do your mornings feel busy and confusing? Do you wake up, with your mind full of questions: What do I need to do? What should I do first?
One habit can help—plan tomorrow, tonight.
Make a short to-do list before going to bed. Every night, write down two or three important things to do tomorrow. For example, "Buy food at the supermarket," "Study for English test," or "Call my friend Anna."
When you wake up, you will feel relaxed because you already have a plan.
Many successful people plan their days the night before. Richard Branson, a famous businessman, makes a short list every night. The author Tim Ferriss always makes a plan at night. He says it helps him get more done and sleep better.

Busy parents often plan meals, school responsibilities, and work tasks the night before. This makes mornings smoother and happier for the whole family.
This simple habit can help you too.
Making a list also helps you sleep better. Why? Because your mind is clear. You know exactly what you will do tomorrow. You will not lie awake, overthinking and worrying.
Try it tonight! Take a pen and paper (or use your phone) and write your to-do list for tomorrow. Put it next to your bed.
When you wake up, look at your plan. And start your day.
Sleep with a plan—wake up calmly, and with purpose.
“A goal without a plan is just a wish.”— Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
